THE VENDOR AGREES TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1) Spaces must be manned by someone AT ALL TIMES.
2) Set-up is from 12:00PM – 2:00PM. Vendors MUST be set up when the doors open at 3PM.
Take-down can begin any time after the show.
3) Each vendor gets a table and chair and must provide their own drapping.
4) Spaces may not be sublet or shared unless prior written permission is obtained.
5) Only food or beverages from food vendors may be distributed.
6) Vendor is responsible for all personal property and exhibit area.
7) Vendors MUST provide an item, directly related to what you are vending, for our raffle. The item must be in a gift bag or envelop. Suggested value of the raffle item is $15 or above.
8) Our staff has final say on all displays. If changes are requested, vendor must adhere or
vacate their space.
9) Spaces are $80 and all spaces are NON-refundable
There is no guarantee as to the number of participants, as we have no way of being able to determine a specific number.
Vendors will receive advertisement in the programs and on the website, Business card size ad in the My Time Magazine April Issue and swag bag placement. Please be sure to speak with a member of the team before paying for your spot.
